About Us
History
The Hunters Hill Congregational Church is a mainstream church with a strong sense of history. In recent years the church has been active in providing care for the aged. Hunters Hill Congregational Retirement Village was built on the site in the 1970s through the vision of the then minister of the church, Pastor Angus Bristow. Sadly, Pastor Bristow was killed in the Grafton bus tragedy in 1989. Following that Dr. Dallas Clarnette became the Pastor/Administrator of the village for a short time and he was followed by the Reverend Len Kingston who has filled the position since the early 90's.
